The Artist’s Way (12 meetings on-line) A Course in Discovering and Recovering Your Creative Self A fascinating and fun twelve week-long course to guide you through the process of recovering your creative self. It aims to dispel any self-doubts you may have of yourself and your creativity.

The course begins with Julia’s most vital tools for creative recovery; The Morning Pages, a daily writing ritual and The Artist Date, a dedicated block of time to nurture your inner artist. Its step by step approach enables you to transform your life, overcoming creative blocks, fear, sabotage, anger, jealousy and guilt, and replace them with self-confidence and productivity.

The Artist’s way brings clarity to the creative process and opens up opportunities for self-growth and self-discovery. It will help you to get back on track, recover your passion and take the steps you need to bring change in your life. The Artist’s Way is an innovative programme for personal renewal.

About Maria

My name is Maria van Zetten. I am an experienced facilitator and I have been enjoying at a personal level “The Artist Way” for the last 20 years and leading “The Artist’s Way” in groups since 2004. I love facilitating the course and I have witnessed many changes in people during and after attending the course. In my facilitation I bring my own unique style and experience to the group. I am an accredited psychotherapist (MIACP) and educator in personal development and human relations.
